Is the £500 offer real?

Yes. A custom presentation website is £500, fixed before work begins.

Is VAT added to the £500?

No. £500 is the full price. HeptaLex is a Romanian business that is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged, and there is no VAT to reclaim either.

By bank transfer in pounds to the HeptaLex business account. Currency conversion and receiving fees are on me, so £500 is what you send.

Where in Scotland do you work?

Anywhere in Scotland: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Perth, Stirling and beyond. Everything is handled remotely by WhatsApp, email or video call.

How quickly can it be built?

Usually within one to two weeks after I receive the text and photos needed for the website.

Who is behind HeptaLex?

Alex Sburlescu, a senior full-stack developer who worked at ToucanTech in the UK from 2017 to 2025.

How much does hosting cost?

Hosting, security, backups and monitoring are optional at £120 per year.

Where can I see previous work?

The selected work section links to real websites built for Centrul Doxamus and Dr. Mirela Claudia Dracinschi.
